Refund Policy

At The Borrowed Bump, each gown is reserved exclusively for your selected dates. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Rental Fees

Rental fees are non-refundable for rentals scheduled within seven (7) days, as the gown is reserved exclusively and removed from availability for your selected dates.

Security Deposits
Security deposits are refundable once the gown is returned on time and in good condition. Any fees for damage, excessive staining, unauthorized water use, or late returns will be deducted prior to refund.

Cancellations & Date Changes
Cancellations and date change requests are subject to availability. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Try-On Appointments
Pre-rental try-on appointment fees are non-refundable.

Fit Concerns
If a gown does not fit at pickup, clients may select an available replacement or receive a refund of the security deposit. Rental fees remain non-refundable once the rental period begins.

Extraordinary Circumstances
We understand pregnancy can be unpredictable. In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refund or credit requests will be reviewed individually.
